Shipping

Orders are shipped every Wednesday. (If you placed an order on the Tuesday prior, it will be shipped out the following week)

All orders will be provided a tracking number via USPS once items are shipped. Please allow the next business day for tracking numbers to reflect postal movement.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your item to be processed once ordered. If an email is entered incorrectly and shipped to the wrong address, buyer will have to repay for shipping and handling. Shipping cannot be refunded.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at beezwaxnco@gmail.com to file a claim. Once a claim is filed, please allow 24-48 hours for a resolution. Please input "Damaged Item" in the subject line, and provide a picture of the item(s). Once approved, a replacement item will be sent with no additional fee. 

If you would like to cancel an order, you will have 24 hours to do so. Once the 24 hour window has passed, refunds will no longer be processed.
